• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are liable for all activities under your account

Payment & Billing

• Recurring charges for subscription plans
• 30-day refund policy for annual plans
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

All content and materials remain the exclusive property of FireAlert Limited unless otherwise stated. You grant us a license to use submitted content for service operation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. All provisions survive termination.

Disclaimer

Service provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
